Refined by Fire, Inc. exists to engage, encourage, and equip firefighter wives to thrive in their marriages, faith, and personal growth. Through practical tools, spiritual renewal, and a supportive family, we create a safe space for rest, reflection, and transformation.

Our mission extends to planning and hosting retreats designed to strengthen and restore firefighter marriages—offering opportunities for both wives and couples to grow together in faith, unity, and purpose.

Founded by fire wife, Shayna Mills with Vice President Tamara Fox, Secretary Stephanie Orlowski and Fire Service Advisor Charlie Brown, this ministry will give opportunities for amazing connections for fire families.
